Based on the opportunities defined within the Recast the IA project, we were able to further our engagement with Visible. One large problem identified was the point of entry to the funnel was unclear and confusing for users. It was clear that we needed to match the experience to user expectations uncovered from journey map and IA work. To improve this we had the goal to create a simple, linear path and reduce the steps to check out. We wanted to give the user the ability to enter the funnel from any decision point and eliminate endless loops on the plans page. With all of this we would address the component usage and copy to improve overall content clarity throughout the flow.
