We identified through various workshops that customers of Polaris often purchase used more than new. The customers value minimizing risk, an easy buying process, and an all digital experience (eliminating the dealer or middle man). Most purchase from a dealer, peer or seller, or online. With this knowledge, our team proposed the idea of the Polaris Pre-Owned Aggregator (POA) where we would consolidate all pre-owned Polaris vehicles into one centralized online hub and allow users to purchase online and hassle free.
