The main purpose of a our Visible journey map was to capture insights based on real users’ experience when purchasing a Visible plan. We were then able to identify realistic opportunity areas to further optimize the experience. This large mapping allowed for a bigger vision and for us to split the opportunities into tracks of work to further partner with the Visible client. With this work, I assisted with growing the account. This included engaging with clients to clearly set expectations, express strategic design POVs, & identify opportunities to grow the business. – from a $1M project for Visible in Q2 2022 to projected annual rev of $8M+ today across mult Value brands.
