What I do
Live Art & Events
Live painting, chalk demonstrations, and chalk festival planning that bring art into your event.
I like to host events and share my work through demos for students, private events, and the public. I have led interactive chalk demonstrations at the Art Institute of Atlanta, Kennesaw State University, Savannah College of Art and Design, and the High Museum of Art, and I continue to share my work at events such as the Atlanta Film Festival and the Decatur Wine Festival.
I create art live for corporate events, students, birthday parties, you name it!

- Brand and corporate eventsCustom chalk art for brands and venues, such as the Amazon Treasure Truck at Colony Square, the Atlanta Braves, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Greystone Power’s annual member meeting.
- Chalk festival planningAs co-founder and president of the Georgia Chalk Artists Guild, I have organized the Decatur Chalk Walk and consulted on the Albany Museum Chalk Fest.
- Artist coordinationLarger pieces bring a team of artists together. The Music Midtown mural and the Greystone Power piece were both team projects.

Process and planning
Planning your live art
Designs start with a mock-up. For the Amazon Treasure Truck piece, I put together reference images and a mock-up to guide the drawing, and the composition evolved as we collaborated on site.
Chalk is ephemeral. I don’t preserve chalk art on the ground; it is more about the process than the finished piece, and weather can be part of that story.
