What I do

Chalk & Street Art

Custom chalk artwork and large-scale ground murals for festivals, brands, and public spaces.

My chalk journey started at the SCAD Sidewalk Arts Festival in 2007. Since then I have drawn at art festivals, trade shows, and private events across North America and Europe, including festivals in Italy and Germany. I specialize in portraits.

Ways to work together

Ways to commission chalk art

  • Street-painting festivalsLarge chalk paintings drawn over a festival weekend, from Lake Worth and Kerrville to La Strada dei Pastelli and La Fiera delle Grazie in Italy.
  • Brand and promotional artChalk drawings that bring a brand into the street, like the Amazon Treasure Truck piece with Colony Square in Midtown Atlanta.
  • Public-space and community workPieces made for public places, such as the memorial portraits along the Flight 93 National Memorial walkway and MTV’s Chalk the Vote murals across Georgia.
  • Large-scale ground muralsWide, walkable compositions, including perspective pieces people can step into. Explore 3D & Illusion Art.

Process and planning

How a chalk piece comes together

I arrange reference images in Photoshop until I have the composition I want, and then I chalk it.

Chalk art on the ground is temporary by nature. I don’t preserve it; it is meant to be ephemeral and is more about the process than the finished piece.
